Introduction to CONDUX SecoMy:
The CS-Z is used to cut flexible or soft materials.
Maximize cutting efficiency by setting the number of rotary knives, the number of fixed knives, rotating speed of the rotor, and special screen. The rotor has a wide opening to increase air flow and thereby increase production, improve quality, and increase density.
The inlet is arranged at the middle to eliminate overload. When a special feed system is installed at the top inlet, rolled products can be continuously fed into the machine.
•Fineness 0.1 – 3 mm
•Fine grinding, capable of rapidly grinding cellulose and similar materials
•Grinding is achieved through rotary knives and fixed knives
•Fineness is determined by the screen installed at the lower part of the grinding zone
•Feed is achieved through weight or roller system
•Different knifes can be used for both rotary and fixed knives
•The open rotor structure guarantees grinding efficiency
